PhD in Progress “Libraries and Education in the Canadian Army, 1939-1945″

Kathryn Rose hold a Masters of Library and Information Services from the University of Western Ontario (2005) and a Master’s Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. She is currently completing a PhD at the University of Waterloo. her dissertation explores the influence of the Second World War on the development of the records management in the federal government, the growth and professionalization of Library and Archives Canada and the relationship between the archival and historical proessions
